It’s here! The Woodlands Music & Art Festival begins today with our Thursday pre-party! We want to give you a last bit of information to make your arrival as smooth as possible.
If you are camping, you can begin setting up Thursday at 12 pm. Early birds will get the best camping locations, so pack up and head our way. Campers will be allowed to arrive on site and set up until 1 am, after 1 am you’ll be put in a temporary location until 10 am Friday morning. Campers can arrive beginning at 10 am Friday morning.
Upon arrival, you’ll be asked to sign a short waiver before entering the property. Charleston Woodlands is an incredible 6000 acre nature reserve, and we’re thrilled to call it The Woodlands Festival’s new home. This waiver process is required, however we promise it will be quick and easy. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you aren’t camping with us, and don’t want to worry about driving, there will be a convenient Uber & Lyft drop-off location at the entry to the venue. Just tell your driver to put “Charleston Woodlands / 4279 Ashley River Road” in their GPS and you’re golden. If you don’t plan on staying on site, we strongly encourage using Uber or Lyft.
